3. Insert the silicone band into the AndroPenis and then thread the

support.
4. With your penis flaccid, draw back all of your foreskin so that the glans is completely exposed.
5. Now insert your penis into the ring at the base (with the
thinnest part of the ring twisted downwards), then through the silicone
band, resting your glans on the hollow part of the top support.
6. Keeping the band above your glans, shorten the loop by pulling on
each end of the silicone band until the glans is slightly squeezed.
7. Finally, carefully fit the ends of the silicone band into the
grooves behind the top support. You can use the AndroRing (supplied)
as additional cushioning around the glans if necessary.
